I walked through the doors of FGFT in summer 2024. I was an anxious mess, I walked in the office shaking, and absolutely petrified of what was ahead of me. I never made it through school, had been in and out of jobs I hated for years and my mental health was quite possibly the worst it had ever been. I signed up to do a Massage course on a whim, it felt like my final chance at a new life.

"I found all the staff very welcoming and friendly. I loved my teacher she was the best teacher I have ever had in my whole life. She was firm but fair with a great balance of high expectations but great support when you need it. I really enjoyed the course and I miss it and miss my class mates. I do love being a reflexologist and I am so glad that I continued to complete the course because staff at the college reassuring me to complete it and being very supportive through my difficult and challenging times.
