Feel Good Futures Training is a specialist education and training academy based in the heart of Stockport…just by Stockport Underbank. We are dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, gain recognised qualifications, and create meaningful, lasting futures within the beauty, wellbeing, holistic therapy, and aesthetics industries.

Founded by Emma Hurt and Paul Cosgrove, Feel Good Futures Training was built on the belief that education should be accessible, empowering, and supportive for everybody, no matter their background, previous educational experiences, or financial situation. Our mission is not only to provide high-quality vocational training, but also to create a welcoming environment where people feel encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.

For a decade our academy has delivered nationally recognised qualifications through respected awarding bodies including VTCT, IPHM, Beauty Guild, and FHT. We offer a wide range of accredited courses across beauty therapy, massage, reflexology, aesthetics, skincare, nail technology, sports massage, holistic therapies, make-up artistry, and advanced wellbeing treatments. 

Training takes place at our professional learning centre in Stockport, where students benefit from both practical, hands-on experience and in-depth theoretical teaching. Whether learners are taking their first steps into the industry or progressing towards advanced Level 4 qualifications, our courses are designed to develop confidence, professionalism, and real-world industry skills.

At Feel Good Futures Training, we believe education is about more than qualifications alone. We are passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence, find themselves, develop independence, and build sustainable careers doing something they genuinely enjoy. One of the key aspects that distinguishes us as a Training Centre is our learner-focused environment. Our organisation promotes a welcoming, trauma-aware, and compassionate culture where students are supported as individuals rather than simply course participants. We recognise that education and wellbeing are closely connected, and many learners are encouraged and supported to rebuild confidence alongside gaining qualifications.

Many of our learners progress into employment, self-employment, freelance work, or continue into further specialist education. We are proud to support students not only during their training, but throughout their ongoing professional journey!

Our supportive ethos extends beyond the classroom and into the wider community through Feel Good Futures CIC, where we continue to provide trauma-informed wellbeing initiatives, community support, and opportunities for women across Greater Manchester.
